Vichy PR star to move abroad
Canada is about to lose one of its top beauty PR professionals. Come late February, Laura Lovasik will move to Paris to accept a position working for the L’Oreal Foundation as part of L’Oreal’s International Corporate Communications team. She’s be working on such high profile projects as For Women In Science, Look Good Feel Better and Hairdressers Against AIDS
For the past four years Laura has been public relations manager for both Vichy and La Roche-Posay based at L’Oreal’s Canadian headquarters in Montreal. She ranked number one in the country last year in Cosmetics magazine’s annual ranking of beauty pr professionals as selected by beauty editors across the country. Editors chose her for her remarkable professionalism, knowledge of her products and quick response with requests. She’ll be missed. Laura starts her new position February 15th. A replacement for her position has not been made as yet.
