After promoting haircare brand WildAid for several years, Kate Hudson is adding makeup to her roster. ¬†The Hollywood actress has just signed a contract to promote Almay as the company’s global brand ambassador. ¬†Not only will she star in upcoming global print, TV and web campaigns, she’ll make appearances at company-sponsored charity events.
“Almay is known for its fresh, effortless approach to beauty. ¬†I share that philosophy ¬†and I’m honoured ¬†to be partnering with a brand that believes cosmetics should bring out the natural beauty inside every woman. ¬†At the end of the day, we all want to have fun and feel beautiful – that’s what Almay is all about,” she said. She’ll join Elaine Irwin Mellencamp promoting Almay.¬†According to WWD, Hudson will first appear in print and TV ads for Almay’s Intense I Color franchise this summer.
