— Kiehl’s Ultimate Brushless Shave Cream White Eagle, from $13. “I don’t trust foam in a can. This rich formula lubricates without being oily.”

— Hermès Eau d’Orange Verte Eau de Cologne, $106, 100 mL. “I am a fragrance enthusiast
with a collection of more than 100, so narrowing it down to one is impossible. However, this is an all-time favourite.”

— Anthony Facial Scrub, $43. “It gently does what the cheeky label says it will (removes ‘irrelevant skin’) and is packed with natural goodies, including aloe vera, algae and chamomile.”

— Shu Uemura Art of Hair Cleansing Oil Shampoo, $56. “This lightweight shampoo leaves hair soft and silky, with no residue.”

— Clarisonic Alpha Fit, $199, available March 2016. “I do not believe in over-scrubbing, but this gentle brush won me over for when I want an extra-clean feeling. It also works great as a pre-shave prep step.”

— Diptyque Revitalizing Shower Gel for Body and Hair, $45, at Holt Renfrew. “I’m a fan of Diptyque’s singular scents, and this peppermint and bergamot shower gel is a luxurious way to start the day.”

— Lancôme Men Génific HD Youth Activating Concentrate, $64. “A high-tech formula in sleek packaging—I prefer a pump dispenser for skincare—with anti-aging properties. What’s not to love?”

— Dior Sauvage Eau de Toilette, $74, 60 mL. “Despite the name, this new Sauvage is not a variation on the 1966 Eau Sauvage, but it does share its crisp citrus notes.”

— CW Beggs and Sons Face Wash, $18. “I like dishes squeaky clean, not my face. This soft formula lathers just enough and leaves skin feeling fresh, not stripped.”
