“Alexander Wang has won back the use of his name from an unrelated party, Etincelle Paris, who had registered the Alexander Wang mark in Class 3 - the class of goods that extends to perfumes and cosmetics. Wang launched his eponymous label in 2007 and registered his brand name in the classes of clothing and leather goods.
