R&B Royalty Hits the COSAs

We're thrilled to announce Canadian singer-songwriter Jully Black will be performing at this year’s Cosmetics Outstanding Service Awards on November 15. 

CBC Music calls her one of the 25 Greatest Canadian Singers Ever and she’s been dubbed Canada’s Queen of R&B.
