The 2019 Cosmetics Outstanding Service Awards will be the 18th annual celebration of the best service in Canada from our beauty ambassadors across the country. Nominations are now open for the 2019 edition of this exciting program — celebrate your favourite service provider by filling out the nomination forms available by clicking the links below.
