New in Stores: Jouviance FocusFX Eye Serum

The product: The latest from Montreal-based dermocosmetic brand Jouviance, FocusFX Eye Serum is made to smooth, lift and brighten.

The selling points: In the short term, this lightweight serum works to create an “anti-gravity” effect, plumping and lifting the eye area for six hours. With continued use (morning and night before an anti-aging eye cream), it boosts skin regeneration and helps reduce crepiness.

The key features: Encapsulated retinol stimulates the skin’s natural production of hyaluronic acid, collagen and elastin. It also protects against the damage caused by free radicals, and offers a brightening effect through gentle exfoliation. Hyaluronic acid and Argireline (a synthetic peptide with Botox-like effects) restore under-eye elasticity, while the proprietary ingredient SWT-7 (a healing plant extract combined with a polysaccharide) stimulates cellular regeneration, thereby thickening the epidermis.

A squeezable tube releases the serum drop by drop. Apply to clean, dry skin, patting with a circular motion around the eye contour, including the lids.
