Groupe Marcelle, the Montreal-based cosmetics developer, manufacturer and distributor, announced today that it has acquired fellow Montreal-based beauty company Lise Watier Cosmétiques. The move turns Groupe Marcelle into the largest Canadian company in the beauty industry.
