Vancouver’s Saje Natural Wellness Announces U.S. Expansion

Vancouver-based natural wellness and skincare company Saje has announced major retail expansion plans. In late November, the brand will open its first stateside location, in Malibu, California, with plans to add more than 25 locations along the West Coast and in New York in 2017. It’s also relaunching its e-commerce site, Saje.com, to sell directly to U.S. consumers.

Pro Makeup Brand Inglot Grows Retail Presence in Canada

Poland-based colour cosmetics manufacturer Inglot is expanding its number of retail locations in Canada. Since 2014, the company has had a stand-alone store in downtown Toronto (19 Dundas Square), adjacent to the high-traffic CF Toronto Eaton Centre, and on October 22 it opened a kiosk in CF Sherway Gardens, also in Toronto. A second kiosk is set to open in Markham’s CF Markville Mall on November 5.

M.A.C to Re-Open on Queen Street West in Toronto

M.A.C Cosmetics will soon be returning to Toronto’s Queen Street West. The brand is slated to open its doors at 368 Queen Street West, just east of Spadina Avenue, at the end of October. This new location is about a block from M.A.C’s former space at 363 Queen Street West, which closed in 2015 and is now occupied by fast-growing L’Oréal makeup brand NYX.

First Look: Nordstrom Previews Beauty Department at First Toronto Store

Seattle-based luxury retailer Nordstrom has revealed the makeup, skincare, fragrance and nailcare brands to be carried at its new CF Toronto Eaton Centre location, opening Friday, September 16 in downtown Toronto. Reinventing the north-end space once occupied by Eaton’s and more recently Sears, the 220,000-square-foot department store will stock beauty from the following labels and more.
